Senior Ellyanna Halbrook owns a small business based in Superior Wis. where she handcrafts her own custom decor, ornaments and jewelry for friends and other clients at local markets for the last three years. Halbrook is currently looking to expand her business online under the name Ghostly Creations.

“Ellyanna is really good at making these keychains. They’re very nature based,” Marlee Proctor stated, “Nothing she’s made me has broken yet; I’ve got a bunch of different bead creatures on my nightstand.”

Halbrook claims her business started when some people started paying her for her crafts. But originally, these crafts started out as a hobby about seven years ago.

Halbrook described her favorite craft to be the small rat creations she makes, which are small cartoonish rats made out of beads. Halbrook mainly makes spiders out of metal wire and beads, small animal based crafts, and other nature based keychains and jewelry.

As of now, Halbrook only sells at local events, but she plans to expand to taking commissions and selling online in the near future.
