The Superior boys basketball team went up against Grand Rapids for their home opener on Dec. 2. Senior Calvin Anderson scored a total of 28 points to lead the team to a 73-55 win over the Thunderhawks. Senior Drew Eisel was the second leading scorer for the Spartans with a total of 18 points. The Spartans have an undefeated record so far of 3-0 after some big wins over Thanksgiving break. The boys will face off at home against Chippewa Falls, on Friday Dec. 5.
