Spartans shut out Carlton-Wrenshall at home

Superior girl’s softball shut out the Carlton-Wrenshall Raptors on Monday, Apr. 22. With the Spartans up 18-0 after the top of the fourth inning, the game was called early, giving the Spartans the victory.

Junior pitcher/shortstop Ari Robillard and junior catcher/outfielder Paige R. Johnson both sent balls flying out of the park, while junior third-baseman Melania Luostari pulled off an inside-the-park home run.
