This year for Homecoming week there have been a few changes from previous years. Instead of having Powderpuff on Wednesday in the afternoon Powder- Buff, a boys volleyball tournament coached by the girls volleyball team, will be taking its place. Powderpuff will be moved to Friday, Sept. 22, in between the assembly and the parade. Then the last activity of the Homecoming week is the football game. As well as the activities added to this years homecoming week, we have also added a homecoming court. This year Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors had the chance to nominate four individuals, and Seniors nominating eight. When nominations ended each grade had a chance to vote for their top two contestants to be on the court while seniors voted for four. Then the top two nominees with the most votes will be crowned at the assembly.
