On Friday September 17th the students of Superior High School gathered for the returning homecoming event. One of the events for homecoming was the parade where everyone with their school floats marched down the road from the middle school parking lot back to the high school.

You can see many different clubs and teams at the parade. Those pictured are the marching band, the football team, and the twirlers.

This homecoming was very important since it was the first in two years. It has always been an annual event until COVID interrupted it. This gives hope to students in the district and to the young kids who like to watch the parade because it helps them see that the Superior School District is returning to some form of normalcy.

With the return of homecoming, the city of Superior can see that we are all slowly crawling back to a normal world.
