A Superior Police Department car and a Superior Fire Department truck block the street as firefighters put out fire on April 9 at the new Cooper Elementary building on 1642 Pennsylvania Ave.

There was a fire at Cooper Elementary on April 8 after 10:00 p.m that erupted in the new building. The Superior Fire Department responded to the fire and put it out. On April 9, around 11:00 a.m a fire ignited for the second time.
