On Friday Oct. 27, junior Tayler McMeekin is being recognized in a send off at 7:30 a.m., for her third consecutive state cross-country qualification. The send off will take place in the Spartan Arena. After a long and intensive season, McMeekin placed sixth overall in sectionals, sending her to state on Oct. 28. The state event will happen at the Ridges Golf Course, in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
