The boys hockey team defeated the Steven Point Area 4-2 in the section semi final game at Steven Point on Tuesday Feb. 21, senior Carson Gotelare led the team with two goals and one assist, the other goals came from junior Lucas Williams, and freshman Brayden Severin. The boys hockey team will face Hudson for the section championship and a berth into the state tournament on Feb. 22, 2023 in Chippewa falls. 

The girls hockey team defeated Wisconsin Valley Union 8-0 in the section semi final game at home on Tuesday Feb. 21, sophomore Emma Ferg led the team alongside junior captain Autumn Cooper both scoring two goals and getting one assist and freshman Maddy Bachand getting her first high school goal. The girls hockey team will face Hayward for the section championship and berth into the state tournament on Saturday Feb. 25, 2023 at Spooner.
