2 Cups Masa (Found in most Latino markets)

1 Cup All purpose Flower

2 Eggs

1 Tbls Olive oil

1 Tsp Sea salt

1 Tsp Cumin

1 1/2 Cinnamon

1/2 Tbls Chile powder

1/2 Tbls Red Pepper

2 Cups Warm Water



1. Mix all ingredients except honey, sugar, and red pepper into a bowl.

1. Make small 1″ balls and flatten them into small round disks and make an “X” on the disk and fry the balls in oil.

2. Place on cooling rack and poor honey into the “X” and sprinkle a mix of sugar and red pepper into the a “X”.

 3. Serve and eat.
