On Jan. 2, the main entrance to SHS opened up for foot traffic. Students now have a new place to get dropped off and picked up from school, the intended front of the school.

Drivers have been instructed to enter the new “circle” parking lot from Catlin Avenue. There is no access to the lot from Spartan Drive.

To ensure the safety of students, there will no longer be pickups or drop-offs in the east lot. Anyone visiting or coming into SHS during the school day will need to enter through the main entrance door N1.

Inside of SHS, the large wood wall that had separated the construction in the commons area was replaced by a lower wall for more convenience for construction workers.
