Samantha Wiezorek started working at Superior High School for her first year on Sept. 2nd. Prior to working at Superior, she taught for five years in Iowa.
“My first impressions of her was that she was an experienced young teacher with a lot of talent,” Spanish teacher Allison Conley.
Wiezorek went to a Spanish speaking school and learned Spanish starting in kindergarten.
“Then I started working with both English and Spanish. By the third grade, it was 50/50,” Wiezorek said.
Wizorek has a master’s degree in Spanish.
“I think high school is a fun but tough time in your life so I think it’s nice to have a teacher that cares for them,” Wiezorek said.
Wizorekhe likes that the high school has a really great community. She also enjoys how all teachers work together not only just at the high school, but at the elementary and middle school as well.
Since starting at Superior, she has made learning enjoyable for many students, and she will continue trying to make her classroom an enjoyable learning environment.
