Boys soccer celebrated an 8-0 victory over the Hayward Hurricanes on Oct. 7. Scoring eight goals with still another 10 minutes to spare to the game, the Spartans ended the game early leaving the Hurricanes with zero on the scoreboard.
Seniors Peyton Franta and Evan Strauch each scored two goals on their senior night. Leaving both seniors with their ninth goals of the season.

“We just worked really well as a team, communication was perfect that game,” said Franta.
Shortly after, junior Chase Danielson popped one in the net with an assist by Franta (10). Junior captain Spencer Kidd put another two on the score board for the game, making that his 23rd goal of the season.
“I’m proud of the people up top. Especially the Seniors too for their good work during the game,” said Kidd.
Adding the game ending shot was junior Aiden Pagnucci.
The Spartans are now 12-3-1. The Spartans next game will be their home playoff game against Holmen on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
