Sophomore Skyler Edquist has a passion for playing the piano. Edquist learned how to play the piano from his grandmother when he was younger, but he also taught himself how to play certain songs. Edquist recently composed a song for his late grandfather Don Treakle. He wrote this song to honor his grandfather, and show people through music his grandfather’s love for nature. Edquist performed his song on the piano at this year’s Pledgemakers Got Talent show on April 24.
